Phase 2 ships two modules end-to-end: Daily Summary and Candidate Tracker. Both talk to your Zoho Recruit account through a server-side proxy — no API keys ever reach the browser.

Sign in with Microsoft — done in Phase 1.
Connect Zoho using the button in the sidebar. You'll be redirected to Zoho to grant access.
Open Daily Summary or Candidate Tracker from the sidebar.

Anthropic Claude API Key

Get from console.anthropic.com. Used for AI resume branding, candidate matching, interviewer.

Google Maps API Key

Enable Distance Matrix API in Google Cloud Console. Used for drive-time radius in candidate search.

Exchange Rate API Key

Free tier at exchangerate-api.com covers 1,500 requests/month. Used for USD/hr rate normalisation.

Daily Summary — Live pipeline snapshot grouped by client. Refresh pulls from Zoho, Weekly toggles the performance view (admin only).

Candidate Tracker — Sortable table of every candidate in active roles. Filters by role/stage/status. Stale detection warns when a candidate has been in one stage too long. Drawer offers stage moves and email templates.

Resume Screener — AI ranks every applicant against the JD + target rate. Multi-select Work Arrangement, per-candidate progress, sortable results with detail drawer.

Resume Branding — Pick a candidate → choose which attachment to brand → AI restructures the resume into MRG's house style → export as .docx / .pdf or save to OneDrive.

Candidate Search — Natural-language query across the whole candidate database. AI ranks by relevance and returns the top matches.

AI Interviewer — Generates tailored interview questions per candidate from resume + JD. Print/PDF-export the question set for the interview.

Skill Tagger — Bulk-tags candidate skills so they surface in Candidate Search.

JD Creator & Brander — Rough JD text/file → AI structures it → MRG-branded PDF → push to Zoho + OneDrive.

Teams Meetings — Book a Microsoft Teams meeting via Graph API. Adds attendees, sets time, sends invites.

Role Overview — Cross-role comparison grid: fill-rate, submissions, hires per active role. Admin lens.

Settings — Which integrations are connected. Environment diagnostic.
